Refunds and Exchanges
We know you will love your purchase! However if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery minus shipping costs.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it for an exchange or store credit, this will not include shipping costs. Customer will be required to pay restocking and exchange processing fee of £25 plus re-shipping fee of £10 for any exchanges/store credit orders. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering to make sure you choose the correct size in the first instance.
Most of our beautiful designs are specially made to order so unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged (Item is clearly not as described or is faulty and unrepairable). Please note that due to the printed & patterned nature of African fabrics, fabric placements may vary from the pictured item. While we strive to make each item exactly as seen in photos, we have no control over this.Please send an email to sales@karentino.com with your order number, full name and reason for returns before returning the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@karentino.com. We will send you our returns address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not reach us or may not be accepted. Customers are fully responsible for postage cost when returning the item. We will only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order for example; you have been sent the wrong order or the item you received is damaged or defective.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process it and send you an exchange invoice of £25 to cover re-shipping costs, restocking and processing fees, or store credit within 7 working days. (This will not include previous shipping costs.) If you have not received an exchange or store credit confirmation within this time frame, please contact us at sales@karentino.com
Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. We can only process refunds where there is an error with the order or Damage to the item (Item is clearly not as described or is faulty and unrepairable). To avoid this items will be extensively inspected and recorded before shipping to ensure there are no defects or damage. Please note that due to the printed & patterned nature of African fabrics, fabric placements may vary from the pictured item. While we strive to make each item exactly as seen in photos, we have no control over this. If you believe your item was damaged during delivery, you must obtain ‘Proof of Damage’ documentation from the delivery courier.
Please follow the instructions above for returns. Once we receive your returned item and we are satisfied you are elegible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 working days. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds usually clear within 7-10 days. If you have not received a refund or exchange confirmation within this time frame, please contact us at sales@karentino.com
Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot refund on sale items, items bought using discount codes or gift cards. Items bought on sale, clearance or using discount codes can only be returned for store credit or an exchange.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Custom orders (such as special orders, made to your measurements, pre-orders or personalised items) cannot be returned. All custom orders will be made to the customers specifications therefore cannot be sold on to recoup costs. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for such reasons as change of heart, weight gain/loss or event cancellations etc.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes may be charged in some countries. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please contact your local customs office for the latest information on your countries tax policies. All duties and taxes are payable by the customer. Please make sure you are aware of the fees that may apply in your country.Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs or laws of every country. Therefore we cannot give advise on taxes in your country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Refusal to pay customs fess may result in the package being returned to us. In which case the customer is liable for all costs incurred in the making of the order, all costs incurred in shipping the order to them initially, plus and all costs incurred in the order being returned to us. Any remaining monies will be refunded once all costs have been deducted.
Failure to Deliver
We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery if we can not gain access to the delivery address or customer can not be reached by delivery courier. This may result in the package being returned to us. In which case the customer is liable for all costs incurred in the making of the order, all costs incurred in shipping the order to them initially, plus and all costs incurred in the order being returned to us. Any remaining monies will be refunded once all costs have been deducted.
